Kimberley Estate is more than just a place to live; it is a vibrant neighbourhood with a rich history and a strong sense of community. We hope this website equips you with the knowledge and confidence to make the most of your new home. Whether you’re here to be close to the inner-city, Sydney Airport, golf courses, connect with neighbours, be close to family or simply embrace a fresh start, we are here to support you.
Kimberley Estate was developed in five stages over four years starting in 1996 and was Meriton’s largest single development at the time, now featuring 793 residential apartments. Situated just moments from Sydney’s CBD, airport, restaurants, cafés and shopping districts, the estate offers a premier lifestyle with resort-style amenities. Residents enjoy access to three swimming pools, two saunas, three spas, two steam rooms, and three gyms, including one the size of a commercial facility. Additional recreational facilities include a squash court, table tennis, and meeting rooms, making Kimberley Estate a standout in urban living.
Parking
When Kimberley Estate was developed, the City of Sydney Council designated the internal parking bays along the ring road and internal site roads for visitor use. This includes several disabled parking bays and approximately 24 lockable visitor spaces among a total of 134 visitor spaces.
If your visitor is unable to find an available open bay, they should go to the Building Manager’s Office at the front of the estate, where they must sign in and collect the key to unlock a bollard-protected visitor space. These lockable bays are available for a maximum of 24 hours. Upon departure, the bollard must be locked back into place.
If any locked visitor bays remain unused after 9:00 pm, residents may use them overnight, provided the bays are vacated by 8:00 am the following morning. Parking beyond this period is a breach of the Parking By-Law and may result in a monetary fine.
